Fear can be both helpful and harmful. Healthy fear keeps us alert to danger, but unhealthy fear restricts us and holds us back. Some fears are natural, while others call us to take action. Then there is fear itself—the kind that paralyzes us without reason.

Many fears begin in childhood or through our experiences. While understanding their source can help, the true way to overcome fear is to increase our trust in God's unchanging character, his unfailing promises , wisdom  and in the strength He has given us.

The Bible reminds us:
“For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind.” (2 Timothy 1:7)

Today, declare this truth: “I can handle anything that comes my way, because God is with me.”

If fear tries to rise today, pause and remember this truth:

God is with you. He has already equipped you with everything you need to handle whatever lies ahead

“Fear not, for I am with you.” (Isaiah 41:10)

"And the LORD, He is the One who goes before you. He will be with you, He will not leave you nor forsake you; do not fear nor be dismayed.”

Deuteronomy 31:8

Choose faith over fear today.

Prayer: Lord, replace my fear with Your peace and strength.

Amen.
