The full glory of God has been revealed to us as believers through the Holy Spirit. It is the Holy Spirit who testifies with our spirit that Jesus Christ is Lord. Without the enabling of the Spirit, no one can truly confess that Jesus is Lord on their own (see 1 Corinthians 12:3).
As it is written in Deuteronomy 6, the Lord our God is one, and He calls us to love Him with all our heart, soul, and strength. Yet, many are unable to behold the fullness of His glory—not because God is hidden, but because they seek their own honor and place too much importance on themselves.
"For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse." Romans 1.20
God’s divine nature, invisible attributes, and matchless power have been clearly revealed through all that He has made. Creation itself testifies of His glory—from the vastness of the heavens to the intricate details of life. No one can claim ignorance, for the evidence of God is all around us, pointing to His existence and majesty. We are truly without excuse.
God fills all of heaven and earth. By His mighty power and outstretched arm, He created all things—the heavens, the earth, and everything in them. From His hand, all living things receive their provision.
To see His glory, we must set aside our pride, our ego, our “little self.” Only in humility and surrender can we truly perceive the greatness of the Lord.
We give all praise and thanks to God! As we behold the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ, and keep our eyes fixed on Him, we are being transformed—day by day—into His image with ever-increasing glory (2 Corinthians 3:18).
As we trust in Him, He keeps us in perfect peace (Isaiah 26:3). The more we gaze upon His beauty and remain in His presence, the more we are changed, renewed, and made to reflect His likeness.
Let us keep our focus on Christ, for in Him we find peace, transformation, and the glory of God revealed.
